PENGARUH KOSENTRASI NAA DAN TDZ (THIDIAZURON) TERHADAP ORGANOGENESIS KALUS KENCUR (Kaempferia galanga L.)

چکیده

The production of kencur (Kaempferia galanga L.) with tissue culture is an alternative in plant cultivation as a provider seeds. In culture, growth regulators can affect the formation organs (organogenesis). combination NAA and TDZ was used this study to induce callus organogenesis. purpose research determine effect giving on organogenesis callus, well optimal two callus. design factorial RAL factors: (0; 0.5 1 ppm) 2 4 ppm). Observation variables included number shoots, shoot length, leaves, leaf roots, root fresh weight, first time shoots appeared. results showed that single treatment affected weight. comparison, ppm (N1T2), which gave highest shoots. Higher concentrations cytokinins stimulate growth.
